As we fled in the midst of so much chaos, we had in mind that sooner or later death would come to us. It was only a matter of time before this great supernatural thing would not come to everyone. Because, after seeing it, I knew it was impossible to escape.
The fear of not reaching a new day flooded everyone around me. Many had not slept for a long time, but who would sleep if that terrifying sound never ceased.
We only knew that upstairs everything was being swept away. Many died during the first wave, others managed to escape momentarily, but my group decided to hide meters below, in an old corridor that our leader prepared years after the first great war.
This kind of fortification has served us well. Thanks to it we have lived a few more days, but they will not be many since the provisions are beginning to be scarce and then we will have to leave for more, if there is still a place where they can be found.
Every night you can hear how everything is constantly being torn apart. It is getting more and more intense, which no doubt puts in my mind the idea that with every night it is closer.
After so many days trying to survive we all know that everyone's life has an expiration date.
