The very first days you start interacting with your account you may reach the point where you end up with no resource credits. Thank you GiftGiver all new accounts with no Hive Power can claim a small amount of delegation to boost their account. Just head over the GiftGiver site, introduce your account and solve the captcha, you will get 10 Hive Power delegation for sometime into your account. If you check your account info in Hivestats you will see your RC (Ressource Credits) have been boosted due to the delegation.
When someone delegates HP (Hive Power) to you, you can use that power but you cannot spend or transfer it. It is up to the delegator to claim their delegated HP back whenever they want. Hopefully, after a few days using your account, you will get some votes and your HP will start growing and you will be increasing your RC by yourself. If you run out of RC at anytime, you can use GiftGiver again to request a new delegation.
