I looked around my vicinity today and I caught a glimpse of the beautiful palm tree in my compound.
I thought of the things that could be produced out of palm tree.
To start with the tree itself.
There are lots of things that could be gotten from the tree.
-Palm wine could be gotten from it.
-Brooms for sweeping the floor.
-planks for roofing houses.
Talking about the fruits that comes out of it too. It has a lot if uses.
The fruit when its being cooked raw could be used for the eastern delicacy.
Palm oil could also be extracted from it. As an African we make different soup with palm oil.
After the fruit has been used for palm oil. Palm kernel could also be gotten from it.
Breaking the palm kernel into pieces it has a coconut-like fruit in it that could be eaten raw.
Palm tree is one of the beautiful thing nature has freely given us in Nigeria. And it has served as a means of occupation for a lot.
