The topic of this post is where you will learn what we can all do so there will be an end to our emotional and/or mental pain, crimes and it's terrible effects on us and wars where many people suffer. You think hurting one person does not affect a lot of people? That is a grave misconception.
Anyway let me give you the ways on how we can get rid of all three the easy way. Yeah there's a hard way and most commonly known by everyone. I'll share that first but then I'll tell you the easiest way most people don't know about. Most of us are even too lazy to do such an easy thing! 😂

How to Get Rid of Worldwide Heartaches/Trauma?
First, let me define what it is. Simple really. Let me give a warning first that heartaches come from all sources. Some even cause trauma and PTSD, so here is your trigger warning before you read any further. 😅

Let me just give examples of what causes heartaches, for clarity.
It's when you get cheated on by your partner or if your child stole some money from you. How about when your sibling beat you up or that time a cousin or uncle sexually violated you? Or heck, your neighbor always plays loud music everyday and doesn't care that you work the night shift. Crystal clear on what it is now, right? Can you give other examples?
💊 The Solution
Above activities cause suffering in others and thus the heartaches and pain each of us feel. So what can we do to not feel such things anymore?
👉 The obvious answer is to be kind to each other and love one another.
But do people care to do this? Let me ask you, when was the last time you hugged someone or gave food to a street dweller? When was the last time you spoke nicely to someone instead of shouting at them because they're stupid? How long has it been since you didn't slap or punch someone? How about vandalizing and trashing someone's property, when did you last do such?
Do you see now how ineffective the answer is when nobody is doing it?

Here's something a whole lot easier to do and doesn't even cost a ton of money! Some people don't even want to do it but keep complaining about how the world has gone to the dogs. 😆 Like seriously, we're all just running around like headless chickens instead of doing this one easy thing.

This is what we can do. We must pray this everyday for the conversion of sinners. Whether you're a Christian or not, anyone can pray this! Doesn't take 5 minutes and you won't even spend any money!

Okay so here's another thing. There are many crimes being committed everyday and not all go to jail for it. This is why there are people who cry out and blame God for whatever they experience from criminals. Like duh, God gave us free will and people would rather abuse it and yet there are victims who blame the Lord instead of the folly of man. (Proverbs 19:3)

There are children and teens who get sexually abused by their parents or relatives, guardians, teachers, neighbors, rich people, drug addicts or alcoholics and unfortunately even by some priests/nuns and also pastors from many Christian denominations or other religions. And most of the time these people don't go to jail.
Oh hey don't forget the many corrupt government officials who run for office all the time just to fatten their pockets! Do they ever go to prison? Can you count how many have been convicted? The best example of such criminals still at large is the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos, Sr. and his family. Even Guinness World Records say so but most likely the Marcoses got to them so you won't see anything online about it anymore. 'Nuf said.

The only solution to these problems is to control our greed, lust, etc. Basically we must do everything we can to not fall prey to the 7 Deadly Sins. All crimes (and sins!) come from these 7 vile things.

But again, do people want to do any of this? 🤣 Sounds like too much work already, right? This is why our world is already so full of hate and despair and yet people don't care to do any of the above. Laziness or sloth is waving.
And yet people keep complaining online how corrupt people have become. Always criticizing, griping and arguing online but not even doing anything to change things, that's humanity in a nutshell. 😆

Dunno if that's a typo, one days instead of one day. But anyway that's not even two minutes to pray! Who can't even say such a short prayer anytime of day, right? If anyone can't even pray that everyday but can doomscroll 24/7, then don't wonder why the world is full of sh*t. 😏

And finally we come to this. Of course the answer to this might not be easy for most people but it is chicken feed to devout Catholics.

But again, loving and caring for each other is the hardest thing to do especially for people who never experienced it. Sure if you can do little acts of kindness everyday, it truly counts! But as you know, not everyone does such nor teach their children about it.
Yes this is pessimistic but it's the reality. I mean, tell me, when was the last time you told your teenage child to treat other people kindly? How long has it been since you spoke to your annoying relative? Or when was the last time you paid your debt to a friend or co-worker? Did you just make a nasty comment online?

Pray the Rosary. That's it, that's the answer.
So many people discredit the rosary when there have been countless miracles attributed to it over the centuries. Come on, yes, read your history books. Or heck watch history videos online!
Are you aware of the Battle of Lepanto in 1571? How about the Battles of La Naval de Manila in 1646? Who do you think won by praying the rosary and thus ending the war? That's just two historical accounts of the power of the rosary. Wanna know something more recent?
In 1986, the EDSA Revolution happened in our country. It has been known as the first ever peaceful revolution in the world. Do you know why? A lot of people at home and in the streets prayed a lot of rosary!

Don't wanna do it, even once a day? Well can you be kind and love other people instead? Like, all the time, can you and I even do that? If not then we will just keep complaining about the sad state of affairs of the world today! The problems of the world will never ever end if nobody does anything to help end it.
