Step1//paso1
The first step is to chop and wash the meat. Then I add the vegetables, placing them at the bottom and then the meat. I season it with garlic, garlic sauce, soy sauce, oregano, seasoning, and salt. I cook it over low heat, and when it's cooked to my liking, I stir it. I peel and chop the potatoes, then add annatto and stir. I let it cook until it's cooked to my liking.
El primer paso es picar la carne y lavarla , luego puco los vegetales pero en orden coloco los vegetales abajo y luego la carne le doy gusto con ajo, salsa de ajo , salsa de soya, oregano y sabroseador y sal, la pongo a cocinar a fuego lento cuando esta tenga la coccion que deseo revuelvo , pelos la papas y las pico luego le agrego onoto y revuelvo dejo cocinar hasta que tenga la coccion que deseo
