En la continuación de este proyecto presento los siguientes 4 libros de recetas de comida y arte culinario:

Recetas para comer ligero y sabroso por Conchita De Simone, Chef apasionada de la cocina. Este es un libro que comercializó stanhome para promover su línea de productos para estilizar la figura. Contiene 32 recetas dividido en: cremas, ensaladas, platos principales y postres. Se caracteriza por contener recetas muy sanas, algunas son: crema de auyama, ensalada César, ensalada capresa, calabacines rellenos, arroz integral, arroz con vegetales, rollitos de pescado, pollo a la parmesana, enchiladas de pollo y postres ligeros.

Delicias con carnes este es una compilación realizada por Luis Carlos Valenzuela Jaimes, ciudadano de Colombia autor de una gran selección de libros. Está compuesto por 41 recetas clasificadas en: preparaciones con res, con pollo, con cerdo y con otras carnes.

La magia del sabor en sus comidas. Salsas para carnes: cerdo, vacuno, cordero, caza, aves, mariscos, pescados entre otros. Escrito por Pedro Espitia, ciudadano de Colombia, autor y editor de obra muy prolífica y variedad de temas. Está conformado por 102 tipos de salsa.

Sabor navideño, autor Pedro Espitia. Contiene 114 recetas regionales e internacionales. Está estructurado en: entradas, platos fuertes, salsas, aderezos, acompañamientos, tortas, dulces y bebidas.

Recipes to eat light and tasty by Conchita De Simone, Chef passionate about cooking. This is a book marketed by stanhome to promote its line of products for slimming the figure. It contains 32 recipes divided into: creams, salads, main dishes and desserts. It is characterized for containing very healthy recipes, some of them are: pumpkin cream, Caesar salad, caprese salad, stuffed zucchini, brown rice, rice with vegetables, fish rolls, chicken parmesan, chicken enchiladas and light desserts.

Delicias con carnes this is a compilation made by Luis Carlos Valenzuela Jaimes, a Colombian citizen and author of a great selection of books. It is composed of 41 recipes classified in: preparations with beef, chicken, pork and other meats.

The magic of flavor in your meals. Sauces for meats: pork, beef, lamb, game, poultry, seafood, fish, among others. Written by Pedro Espitia, Colombian citizen, author and editor of a very prolific work and variety of topics. It is made up of 102 types of sauces.
