¡Hola, gente de hive! Espero que estén muy bien. Hoy les vengo a contar y mostrar algo que me gusta y disfruto mucho hacer. Que es asar. Hace un par de años me animé por primera vez, y como todo es cuestión de práctica.Puedo decir que lo puede hacer cualquiera, eso sí que le guste y que tenga paciencia. Y muy pero muy importante CON RESPONSABILIDAD para no quemarse ni provocar un incendio.Como dije en otros post me gusta cocinar y para mí comer rico es unos de los placeres de la vida. Y mis debilidades son: milanesa con puré, pizza y el señor asado. Hasta la pizza venía muy bien, pero asar para mí era un poquito más ja ja.Desde el primer día me encanto la experiencia no solo no incendie nada, sino que quedo cocido y rico.El fuego es todo una ceremonia y es motivo de unión, amo asar para mi familia y amigos.

Hi hive folks! I hope you all are okay. Today I come to tell you and show something that I like and I really enjoy doing. What is roasting. A couple of years ago I was encouraged for the first time, and since everything is a matter of practice, I can say that anyone can do it, that you really like it and have patience. And very, very important WITH RESPONSIBILITY so as not to burn or cause a fire. As I said in other post I like to cook and for me eating rich is one of the pleasures of life. And my weaknesses are: Milanese with puree, pizza and Mr. Roast. Even the pizza was very good, but grilling for me was a little more ha ha. From the first day I loved the experience, not only did it not set anything on fire, but it was cooked and delicious. The fire is all a ceremony and it is a reason for union. , I love to grill for my family and friends.

Acá en Uruguay aprendí hacerlo solo con leña y hace 4 días que llueve. Estaba un poco húmeda pero con piñas y papel prendió.
Here in Uruguay I learned to do it only with firewood and it has been raining for 4 days. It was a bit damp but with pineapples and paper lit.

En Argentina lo hacía con carbón, pero es más sano la leña y sale con un gustito ahumado.
In Argentina it was made with charcoal, but firewood is healthier and it comes out with a smoky flavor.

Unos 40min a fuego lento primero del lado de la grasa y cuando la carne desprende jugo ya es señal de dar vuelta./About 40min over low heat first on the fat side, when the meat gives off juice it is already a sign of turning.

Señoras/res esto es una dupla acá les traigo la responsable de la ensalada, la palta o aguacate, el mojito o chimichurri y las papas rellenas de queso./Ladies / beef, this is a duo, here I bring you the person in charge of the salad, the avocado, the mojito or chimichurri and the potatoes stuffed with cheese.

El chorizo es el primero en hacerse y es súper sabroso./The chorizo is the first to be made and it is super tasty.

La carne es a gusto, a nosotras nos gusta crujiente y el boñato a las brasas la verdad el gustito queda increíble/The meat is to taste, we like it crunchy and grilled, the truth is, the taste is incredible.
