As a content creator I feel panicked about the various things happening at Steem today. But we must keep moving and continue our activities.
So I made something to add energy to me.
Here's a soft and delicious porridge, Sago Flour with pumpkin and corn.
NOTE: You can skip sago flour if you don't have it in your kitchen. But the texture of the sauce will not be thick but it will not reduce the taste.
Ingredients
- 300 grams of pumpkin
- 100 grams of corn
- 150 grams of brown sugar
- 800 ml of water
- pinch of salt
- Pandan leaves or can be replaced with vanilla
- Sago flour mixture, mix 6 tablespoons of sago flour with 100 ml of water and stir well.
How to make
- Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
Prepare corn.
- Step 2
Mix water, brown sugar, salt and pandan leaves or vanilla.
Then mix the pumpkin and corn pieces as well.
- Step 3
Cook the mixture until it boils.
- Step 4
Add sago flour mixture when the pumpkin and corn mixture is boiling. Mix well so that the flour does not become lumpy.
- Step 5
Remove and serve.
This delicious porridge can be made in a warm condition, or cold by putting it in the refrigerator.
This sago flour porridge is my favorite especially to help get through a super bad day like today.
Let's hope for the best for Steem blockchain!
