Hoy empece mi dia tomando desayuno con mis padres y comiendo unos ricos tamales peruanos , esta delicia esta hecha a base de maiz , ajo , manteca , chancho o pollo o carne segun el gusto de la persona y otros ingredientes mas .
Good morning my GEMS friends my name is Angel I am from Lima Peru I hope you like my post I really wanted to share something about my life. Today I started my day having breakfast with my parents and eating some delicious Peruvian tamales, this delicacy is made with corn, garlic, butter, pork or chicken or meat according to the taste of the person and other ingredients.
Los tamales peruanos tienen distintos ingredientes segun la region donde se prepare, hay tamales hecho de chancho , de carne , de pollo , hay tamales que se les agrega culantro para que sean de color verde , hay muchas personas que le ponen un pedazo de huevo duro y aceitunas para darle un sabor diferente . Los tamaños de los tamales depende si son para negocio o para comerlos de manera familiar , mayormente el peruano come uno o 2 tamales en el desayuno por que son nutritivos y por que es delicioso .
Peruvian tamales have different ingredients depending on the region where they are prepared, there are tamales made of pork, meat, chicken, there are tamales that are added coriander to make them green, there are many people who put a piece of hard-boiled egg in it. and olives to give it a different flavor. The sizes of the tamales depend on whether they are for business or to eat them as a family, most Peruvians eat one or 2 tamales for breakfast because they are nutritious and because it is delicious.
Hoy por ejemplo compre 4 tamales de chancho para mis padres y para mi , uno queda para compartirlo en la tarde antes de la cena y solo compramos los tamales los fines de semana . Espero algun dia si vienen a Perú puedan probar esta delicia .
