What is hive?
Hive is a blockchain which connects people together all over the world through their post in their blog.
Some people believed that hive is only for those that can write well, and since they can't write well it is not for them. I will say no to this and call it a misconception. Hive is not only for those that can write well, it is also meant for those that has one or two technical skill and can share it with people on hive with the aid of a picture. If you are a good photographer, baker, chef, engineer, e.t.c hive is also for you as you can do well to share your work with people on this platform.

**Rules in Hive**
- Post original content only.
- No plagiarism.
- If there is need for you to use a piece of work that does not belong to you, source it properly.
- Use appropriate tags for your post.
- Do not beg for upvote but rather post a quality work and if worthy of upvote, it will be upvoted.
We have some people on hive blockchain that promotes quality posts, the likes of @appreciator, @bluemist, @upmewhale, @rocky1 for gems community.
@ocd as well as @curie are not left out as well.
My advise for those that just joined hive is to keep on posting quality posts free of plagiarism, and never to give up on hive. Let's support hive.
