He is traveling, hypothetically speaking, but he stopped at a crossroads because there are two directions to take, you don't know where they are going to take you. You doubt, you are prisoner of the situation, sad, afflicted, tired.

How to get out of this problem? How to make a correct decision when you feel that everything is going to go wrong?

It is paralyzing but you have to break the chains that oppress you.

If it seems like a big step in one direction or the other, remember that you are the owner of your destiny. Advance in small but safe steps, you do not need to take giant steps especially if there is fear of being wrong.

If you don't have a plan yet, taking small steps and keeping yourself moving can change your perspective to create a route or plan to follow.

The exit is there, don't feel stuck.

Don't be afraid to be wrong, "It's okay to not always be right", you are human and humans make mistakes from time to time.

Define your limits, saying "this far" is more prudent than you think, you can also take a step back from time to time.

Do not let your emotions overcome you, remember that you are not a robot and that stumbling blocks and criticism can come. Your morale must be kept high, recover your dignity.

On this trip you can save yourself steps that will wear you down, you can learn to differentiate if something is not necessary.

GET UP, GET YOUR BREATH AND WALK WITH YOUR FRONT HIGH.
CONFIDENCE IS WON AND GOALS ARE CONQUERED.
TAKE EVERY STEP FIRMLY.
