[ESP/ENG] Iniciativa de 3 Cosas que Me gustan de la Navidad / Initiative 3 Things I Like About Christmas

Esta es una gran iniciativa creada por @lililuki para compartir tres cosas que amamos de la Navidad en una publicación. El tema me animó y decidí unirme a esta hermosa iniciativa alusiva a esta época del año. Me gustan muchas cosas de la Navidad, resumirla en tres cosas es muy para mí, pero como dicen las reglas que mencionamos tres, aquí están:

The theme encouraged me and I decided to join this beautiful initiative alluding to this time of year. I like many things about Christmas, summarizing it in three things is very for me, but as the rules say that we mention three, here they are:

Escuchar música y ver películas de Navidad:

Para estas fechas mi mamá y yo nos sentamos en el sofá y colocamos algunos cd’s de villancicos en el equipo de sonido, disfrutamos de escucharlos y cantar, nos tomamos una copa de vino y comemos algunas golosinas. También aprovechamos de ver todas las películas de navidad que pasan en la televisión juntas los fines de semana, mi favorita es: Los fantasmas de Scrooge.

Es un tiempo madre e hija que nos acerca y nos hace conectar con el espíritu de la navidad, nos emociona y nos hace muy feliz.

Listening to music and watching Christmas movies:
Around this time my mother and I sat on the couch and put some Christmas carols CDs on the sound system, we enjoyed listening to them and singing, we had a glass of wine and we ate some sweets. We also take advantage of watching all the Christmas movies that happen on television together on weekends, my favorite is: Scrooge's Ghosts.
It is a mother and daughter time that brings us closer and makes us connect with the spirit of Christmas, it excites us and makes us very happy.

Comprar adornos y decorar la casa:

Salir a comprar adornos de navidad y cosas para la casa en las tiendas por departamentos es algo que me gusta mucho hacer, amo como decoran las vitrinas y me siento sumergida en la navidad. Además también aprovecho para comprar algunos regalos para mi familia y amigos.

El día que decoramos la casa también es muy festivo, y ayudo a mi mamá a poner el árbol y decorar con bambalinas y muchas luces.

Buy ornaments and decorate the house:
Going out to buy Christmas decorations and things for the house in department
stores is something I really like to do, I love how they decorate the windows and I feel immersed in Christmas. In addition, I also take the opportunity to buy
some gifts for my family and friends.
The day we decorate the house is also very festive, and I help my mother put up the tree and decorate with backdrops and lots of lights.

Comer, comer, comer mucho en Navidad:

Para esta época navideña mi mamá prepara ricos platos que solo hace en esta fecha, como son las hallacas, pan de jamón y ensalada de gallina. También hace ricos postres que me encantan, como el quesillo y el dulce de lechosa. Disfrutar del rico sabor de estos platos en compañía de las personas que amo es una de las cosas que más amo de la navidad.

Eat, eat, eat a lot at Christmas:
For this Christmas time my mother prepares delicious dishes that she only makes on this date, such as Hallas, ham bread and chicken salad. It also makes delicious desserts that I love, like the quesillo and the dulce de lechosa. Enjoying the rich flavor of these dishes in the company of the people I love is one of the things I love the most about Christmas.
