Hello everyone hope you all are doing well today i will be sharing the recipe of yummy cauliflower paratha it is a simple and very delicious to eat it is very easy to make recipe so without wasting our time lets move on to the ingredients
Ingredients -
cauliflower- 1 medium size
grated carrot
1 medium size
coriander leaves
turmeric powder- 1 an a half tbsp
red chilli powder
1 tsp -kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
cumin powder- 1 tbsp
cumin seeds- half tbsp
ajwain- half tsp
wheat flour- 1 cup
salt- according to your taste
oil
There are many eatingloaded with fibre it is rich in vitamins minerals calcium etc all vegetables are good for skin cauliflower is also good for skin is helps in proper digestion which keeps acne and pimples problem away it promotes a healthy skin eating cauliflower helps in treating nervous system cauliflower helps to boost immune system it reduces the risk of diabetes cauliflower provides healthy nutrients it also helps in weight loss cauliflower c which helps in proper function of brain
Method
Firstly we need to prepare the dough for parathas make the dough out and keep the dough for atleast 30mins to rest meanwhile we will prepare the filing
boil the cauliflower nice so that it could get mashed easily
after the cauliflower cools down mash the cauliflower nicely
then squeeze out all the water from it add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder kashmiri red chilli powder cumin powder ajwain cumin seeds and mix well
then add the grated carrot and leaves filing in rest for some time
before making parathas fill the filing in the small size dough as shown in the picture
then spread it all from all sides and give the shape of roti -heat the pan and put the roti and cook both the sides -fry the roti with oil to make
It's now ready to eat enjoyyyyyyy !!
