Feliz Domingo apreciada comunidad de GEMS ,hoy les muestro como preparar unas hallaquitas de chicharon ,una comida muy rica y con mucho gusto que viene siendo uno de los desayunos mas tipico en mi pais Venezuela,ademas de la arepa y las empanadas.En Venezuela estas hallaquitas son muy famosas. Son hechas a base de harina de maíz combinadas con aceite onotado y rellenas con chicharrón. Generalmente son el acompañamiento por excelencia de carne a la parrilla o pollo a la brasa ,pero en el desayuno es donde mas acostumbramos a comer esta delicia.
