When starting the disassembly, we can see bent valves, stretched time chain skids, when disassembling the third of the engine taking out the cylinders and pistons, we can see these and last matches without rings and the cylinder liners in the same condition, therefore the assembly of the engine must be practically from zero, placing new internal bearings, seals, replace the crankshaft, cylinders, pistons, rings, valves, time chain with its respective kid, oil, oil filter (as it was broken by the particles broken and ground by the torsion of the engine)
Also added to this is the packing set and high temperature silicones.
The disassembly of the engine becomes simple, the complex comes to the assembly and requires the appropriate tools, parts and most importantly experience to solve any contra time that arises during assembly. Before starting the assembly of this engine should take the following care:
Cleaning the engine
Inventory of new and/or old parts that can be used

To be able to place the crankshaft by placing the timing chain of the cylinder 1, which is attached to the pinion of the crankshaft, so that we can proceed to place the cover of the contra Carter, so that the box works properly and can make its changes. Reparación de moto Supershadow 250 parte 1
Hola comunidad de hive hoy les narró lo complicado de la reparación de un motor cuatro tiempos bicilindrico, ya que se ve sencillo pero tiene su complejidad en desarme y armado.
Hablemos de un caso por desgaste y provocó un daño severo al motor, que a su vez daño al cigüeñal, los cilindros y pistones por ende causo daños al resto de las piezas y engranajes.
Para comenzar el cigüeñal sufrió daño en las pistas y esto provocó un daño masivo a los cilindros y válvulas, provocando el no funcionamiento del motor y dejar varada la moto. Al iniciar el desarmado se observa válvulas dobladas, cadena de tiempo estirada patines de cadena, al desarmar el tercio de motor sacando los cilindros y pistones, se observa estos y últimos partidos sin anillos y las camisas de los cilindros en igual condición, por ende el armado del motor debe ser prácticamente desde cero, colocando rolineras internas nuevas, sellos, reemplazar cigüeñal, cilindros, pistones, anillos, válvulas, cadena de tiempo con su respectivo kid, aceite, filtro de aceite (ya que estaba roto por las partículas partidas y molida por la torsion del motor)
Asi mismo se debe añadir a esto viene el juego de empacadura y silicones de alta temperatura.
Se hace sencillo el desarme del motor, lo complejo viene al armado ya se requiere las herramientas adecuadas, las piezas y lo más importante la experiencia para poder solucionar cualquier contra tiempo que surja durante el ensamblaje. Ya que volver ha armar y poner en encendido pueden ocurrir muchas cosas si una de estas piezas no está correctamente armada, provocaría daño a las piezas nuevas, ya que se supone que la persona que haga realizado dicho trabajo debe estar preparada(o) para hacer esta operación.
Hago esta acotacion, ya que en estos momentos encuentras tanto hombres colo mujeres en este ramo, y se desempeñan muy bien con esta actividad.
Antes de iniciar el armado de este motor se debe tener los siguientes cuidados:
- Limpieza del motor
- Inventario de piezas nuevas y/o viejas que se puedan utilizar.
- Las herramientas adecuadas para el ensamblaje con sus extractores y demás piezas para dicha actividad.
- Empacadura nuevas, de preferencia originales para no tener que volver a reponer.
- Aceites, silicones, grasas pa te a aventar valvulas.
Luego de todo esto se procedería al armado, que se debe realizar desde el centro de motor hacia los cilindros y cámaras. En el centro de motor es algo complicado porque aquí está la caja con sus torres de mando y transmisión junto a las uñas del selector. ( Si estas piezas se desarman, se debe tener conocimiento para ensamblaje correcto con sus lainas, guias) . Para luego colocar correctamente las uñas del selector de cambio. Poder colocar el cigüeñal colocando a su vez la cadena de tiempo del cilindro 1, la cual va enganchada en el piñón del cigüeñal, para así poder proceder a colocar la tapa del contra Carter, de manera que funcione correctamente la caja y pueda hacer sus cambios. Una vez chequeado este detalle y que el cigüeñal rote correctamente se procede al ensamblaje de la crochera, bomba de aceite. (continuará en la parte 2)
