Is Santa Really Coming To Town?

It's 00:04 as I am typing this post, and yesterday was the first day in close to seven years that I had not put out any blog post on Hive. The reason was not because I hit any writer's block or something like that, or that I don't like doing it anymore.

If that had been the case, I'd go to bed right now, this late in the day, instead of actually sharing a few thoughts with you guys now that it's Christmas Day. I don't know what day it is in your part of the world, but in mine, it's the 25th of December.

I had a full day today. I went for coffee right after I got back from the barbershop, did some late Christmas Eve shopping, and at about 6 PM, I invited a few friends of mine to my house for a drink. It's been a long time since I did that.

It's been 15 years since I last decorated a Christmas tree, and now I've done that. Over the past few years, I've also been quite anti-social, but I realized it's not worth it. No one is perfect, and isolating myself from the world is of no help.

So anyway, Santa is supposed to come to town tonight, but I am not waiting for him to come to my house. I am highly confident though that from a crypto investor's perspective, 2025 will be way better than 2024 has been.

Hence, I won't mind if Santa comes to my town in May, or even later. I have plenty of patience left and my bags are waiting for "the pump". Thus far, at least in the case of altcoins, we haven't seen anything yet.

Tomorrow, I'm invited to some friends for lunch, which means I will indulge in some proper Romanian cheat meal, and although I am into fitness, I don't regret that at all. I know I will burn all the extra calories from today and tomorrow in the following weeks and months. I've got a plan, and that's more important than being a fanatic in terms of diet but having no plan for your fitness.

Same goes for crypto. This bull market, I am ready... That's about it for now from my side; it's time to hit the bed. Wish you a Merry Christmas and see you all tomorrow.
