Not much talking about Bitcoin lately... It's not just me, someone who's been quite a bull during 2024 when it seemed that we were about to moon along with our bags of shitcoins, but overall the sentiment regarding "the greatest asset of all times" is quite...

Well, shite...

I know, it's scarce, I know, it will never trade under $50,000, I know, institutions are what we've all been waiting for, but who was waiting for the PA that we are seeing for the past couple of years.

This is not the bull market I was expecting, and to be honest I don't even think we are in a bull market anymore, at least not when it comes to alts. Alts are dead, and without any fiscal stimulus we won't make easy money from shitcoins ever again. That does not mean Bitcoin is going to hell.

On the contrary, BTC has gone from $0.25 on Christmas day in 2010 to $126,000 sometime in summer I guess, I don't even remember when the last ATH occurred. Imagine buying BTC at $0.25. And imagine holding until 2025... I bet 99.99999% of us are not able to do so.

I had the intention of buying my first BTC when it was $3,000 and didn't do it because a banking hiccup. But what if I DID?I bet I would have sold at probably $5,000 or even lower...

I bought crypto with hard-earned money and I basically never had an investor's mentality which makes me think cheap Bitcoin is not for the poor. The poor need confirmation before taking risks. Lots of confirmation signals...

And it's probably not too late buying Bitcoin now either, but when I see these gurus on twitter saying: imagine buying BTC at $100... Man, I bought DOGE at $0.002 and didn't manage to hold till it got to 1 cent.

I bought back again in 2023 at 5 cents and ended up trading it for irrelevant shitcoins basically decimating my portfolio like a dumbfuck. I guess you have to be born to make relevant money in a lifetime.

And even if you do, it's not like you've conquered the universe. Most of the rich people are as unhappy as anyone else on the planet. Money doesn't guarantee shit... Same as the halving.

But hey, it's Christmas Eve and one can only hope, sometime in the foreseeable future our bags of shitcoins will make us relevant money. We'll see. Have fun wherever you are, and stay safe!
