As I can do mine, simply strolling among the stalls, in search of special things that I could bring home and bring up the story to the people about the things that are happening around them.
Somehow, I could not let my lens turn away before shooting these mangoes that were being picked by the buyer. I assumed this fruit was just transported from a remote area in Aceh. The way to make the buyer believe that the mango is fine is by cutting a piece and display them to attract the buyers.
Leave mango alone and let's move to the rose-apple. It is a kind of cheaper fruit in town. The color is tickling me to grab some and I know it is good to consume on a hot day.
The traditional markets are also a good place to find local fruit, food, and fishes. These two women starred at me when I was capturing them. I understood since I came here, I did not see any buyer come to buy their fishes, or perhaps in moments later, they would get many.
I left them for getting another stuff in the market. Yup, I found the dried fishes put in the open boxes.
Not only those things we can find in the traditional market. I tried to capture any activity that was being done by local people. The cheaper sandals and shoes were also a part of the thing that was hunted by the visitors.
Nice photography! Seems to be quite popular market. I liked the fresh fruits.
Good post and nice place or markets, thank you for promotion Indonesia culture to all hivers in the world 👏👏
