Not much around me, but recently, there was sad news from an event where two runners died while participating in the Siksorogo Lawu Ultra run on Mount Lawu. This is an annual event that sees its participants multiply every year. May the participants who passed away rest in peace.
Other than that, there's nothing else exciting happening, or maybe I just haven't heard about it, but whatever it is, I want to recap my runs this week. I'm so happy that after so long, I can finally get back to my three times a week schedule. So, since I’ve been consistent at five kilometres, this week’s total run was 15.10 kilometres.
The first day was on 8 December, then 10 December, and yesterday, Saturday 13 December 2025. Yesterday was extremely sunny with a gentle breeze, so throughout my relaxed run, the air around me felt very comfortable. I ran at an average pace of about 7:30 per kilometre.
Since it was Saturday, there were many runners or people just walking along the track. Especially since it was sunny. I met someone on the track, a regular at my mother's stall. We greeted each other, but since we were going in different directions, we eventually continued on our separate ways.
Throughout my run, I saw the dam receding, a black and white cat right in front of me, and many other things. Finally, the afternoon was over. After cooling down and resting for a while, I went home.
