Exercise Before Shin Split

Hii Hive Running, how are you everyone? how was your training this week? how many kilometers have you run? it seems like it's been very far. haha

Some time ago, I went back to my mom's house, you might still remember it from my previous post. whenever I go back home, and every Sunday morning, I try to run on Sunday morning, with my sister in tow of course.

After getting ready, and warming up for about ten minutes, my sister and I started running, starting with a pace of 8:58 to match my sister's pace. we kept running, unfortunately because my place is close to the tourist area, so I had to compete with buses going to the beach. even though we had run the sidewalk, we still got honked at by the buses. it surprised us and made us run even slower and more carefully.

With a moving time of 46:36 we managed to run 5 kilometers. With an avage pace of 9:18 per kilometer. afterwards we went to the beach. the beach that we always go to after a run. the beach that we may not be able to visit in the future because it is about to be closed and possibly a new resort will be built.

even though it's about to be closed, this beach is still visited by some people, and some anglers. after being at our favorite spot, we immediately cooled down, and played around on the beach, enjoying the waves and the sky which was quite clear and beautiful. from here we saw the vast ocean that sparkled like a diamond. our tiredness after running was immediately gone.

If only this beach was closer to where I live, I think I would visit it all the time, haha.

And yup, this exercise was done before my legs were really injured and my shin splits were more painful and annoying. Which in the end I had to go see physiotherapy again.
I hope you guys run carefully and avoid getting injured like me because this pain is really annoying.
