Tempo run | Pum Day 16

Hi all welcome back!

Running
Second peak week in this training block!

Plan to do 80-90 km this week by running at least 6 times.

Sofar did 4 shorter runs back to back getting me to 33.4KM (50 km to go!)

Today's run was a tempo run! I tried to do a shorter distance at a pace I feel is just a little faster compared to what I comfortable run but not that fast that you feel slowing down at this distance.

Although it was dry, there was some heavy fog which gave a vision of +/- 100 meters. But apart from a cool view it doesn't affect the run.

Tomorrow I will aim for a slow half marathon to get some additional miles in!

Hive power up month day 16 #PUM

First half of the month done! Sofar powered up 172 hive in january. Will continue to keep building!
