Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. I want to tell you about my first time participating in a race. My first race was 7.2K. Usually, I only train 3K every day. In this event, I increased the distance I participated by 100 percent.
The race I participated in was Rexona run 2024. Why did I participate? Of course I was infected by my friends. My friends seem to have posted this running agenda. How about my first race? I will explain.
As one of the moderators here said, running at a speed of 8 or 9. The difficult thing is to maintain the speed. The route here is not too extreme, there is 1 uphill and 1 downhill. At kilometers 6 to 7.2K I found it difficult. That was a tough phase.
I felt like giving up. The total running time I took was 1 hour 7 minutes. It turned out I was quite fast. I didn't train physically enough. I only train once a week. But, I am proud of myself for being able to finish.
Ion drinks and coffee are delicious doping while running. Of course, don't drink too much. Oh yeah, I also played some more favorites to boost my spirits. Daya played Korean songs.
I used the name Luna in the first race. I like the name. It seems, I need to join the next race. This is my valuable experience. Maintaining speed is the key in this first race. Look forward to my next story.
