Hoy calenté motores corriendo 5km, la verdad he estado entrenando pocos kilómetros y hoy decidí entrenar al menos esta distancia que debería ser la mínima para mi. Este año, especialmente los últimos meses, no he estado tan productiva en el entrenamiento como debería.

En fin, correr 5 km me hace recordar a mi cuerpo que estamos activos y listos para correr poco o mucho.

Tengo que empezar los entrenamientos para CAF 2026, por lo que incrementar la corrida es necesario. No puedo correr 21 km con un solo entrenamiento a la semana.

5 km is a good distance. I've been sedentary for a while, and I don't think I could even manage a few meters, haha, so even though you might not be pushing yourself too hard, you still got a good workout in today.
