Yoyoyo Runners !!!
As mentioned in the title, this week will be lighter in terms of mileage, with a bit more focus on speed, since there are 26 days left until the 5K race I’ll be competing in. 🏃♂️🔥

As you can see, the smile never leaves my face as I can’t wait to get started with my workout. 😄🏃♂️
It was actually pretty funny — with the strong wind blowing, the water from the automatic sprinklers was spraying everyone running on the track. I think it’s little surprises like these that fire us up even more to get our workouts done. 💦🏃♂️🔥

Workout Timeline:
- 3K Warm Up (6:30 → 6:00 → 5:30 /km)
- 2' R
- 3x(100 (20'') + 1:30 R)
- 7x(200 (40'') + 1:30 R)
- 15' Cool Down (7:00/km)

One of the standout moments of today’s workout was the very strong wind on the track, which meant I really had to work for it during the 100m reps to hit the 20-second mark. Even so, both my mindset and my body stayed locked in on the goal, and I managed to get them done — actually a bit faster than planned. 💨🏃♂️🔥
