I am glad to announce that the book chosen for the next KBK Bookclub meeting is "Solaris" by Stanisław Lem.
The meeting shall take place at @krolestwo on May 14th at 19.00. The discussion will be held in English, but you are free to read the book in its original Polish version.
The books that were proposed were:
- Solaris by Stanisław Lem – Proposed by @szmulkberg (and previously proposed by @wierzbik)
- On the Marble Cliffs by Ernst Jünger – proposed by @wayward-dreams
Solaris, received a total of four preferences (that is @prawdawtvmowili , @szmulkberg , @wierzbik and @justynao), whilst Jünger received only one preference from @grigorijj. Thus, this time around KBK voting powers were not taken into consideration for Solaris was the clear winner.
