Chicken of the woods

Went out for a short barefoot hike today. Scored some beautiful chicken of the woods and golden oyster.

These are incredibly easy to identify, and a great substitute for chicken!

Once I get to my laptop I'll try to post a more in depth blog about identification and more photos.
