You had a great harvest. The important thing is that you planted the potatoes and they grew. I think you will enjoy those potatoes more than any other you’ve ever had.
I totally understand how happy you feel. I remember planting potatoes in a pot a few years ago and my first harvest.
Your soil looks very full of clay indeed. Not the best for the potatoes. I use a much looser mix which I buy for all my plants. However I would not be able to tell you what to get.
I hope the pumpkins are edible too.
