The sunset is a work of art signed by the sky. That moment in which the ruling star of our solar system says goodbye to welcome the satellite that orbits us becomes magical every day. I am a being of the evening, despite the melancholy that the sunset transmits to me, I feel that it is part of my nature to feel the end of the day and the beginning of the night in a special way.

This moment becomes opportune for reflection to give a conscious intention to my nights since, unlike most people, I prefer nights to create and work, although due to the way my life is structured I can rarely use that time to do so. This natural process gives us the gift of feeling at peace with change, so if you feel overwhelmed by processes of change in your life, I advise you to dedicate an evening of reflection where you allow yourself to question yourself and think with your heart about what you want do.

Colors are stimuli that psychologically influence our sensations and emotions. According to color psychology, orange and blue (predominant at sunset) have a high impact on us, which is why they are used in multiple marketing campaigns. Orange is a color that gives us a spirit of independence and self-confidence, as well as constructive energy and creativity. It gives us security, strength and stimulates desire. In some cultures this color is associated with spirituality, for Buddhists it represents enlightenment, in the Hindu religion it is a sacred hue that represents the path to perfection and in Eastern cultures it is associated with altruism and generosity. On the other hand, the color blue inspires us and motivates us to have confidence, security, communication, efficiency, logic, reflection and calm. It helps us concentrate and activate the mind, which is why it is conducive to establishing a quality internal dialogue.

A sunset can represent rest, farewell or death, I think that is why melancholy visits many of us at this time of day, but it can also represent hope, peace and spiritual awakening, for me it is a reminder of the natural cycles of life where everything is in constant transformation, end and beginning. In Chinese culture, the sunset represents yin and yang in a certain way since it is a moment of transition between day and night, giving an example that opposite forces coexist in balance, giving harmony to life on earth.
