Al leer el tema de esta semana vino a mi mente 2 imágenes que son un fiel ejemplo de la fuerza que tiene una comunidad.

La primera, es la manera en que un grupo de aves vuela en forma de V

No es que se vea bonito o que las aves quieran volar de esa manera, es una ciencia para lograr su cometido, que por supuesto tiene una finalidad y dónde cada uno de los miembros de esa comunidad deben trabajar en equipo para cumplirla.

Cuando las aves migran en forma de V, es porque lo hacen en grandes distancias, de esa manera se ayudan unos a los otros para poder llegar a donde quieran, se ha evidenciado que al emprender el vuelo, las aves que se colocan en la parte delantera son aquellas con más experiencias, con este ejemplo le dan a conocer a las mas jóvenes el camino que deben llevar, no siempre se quedan en el mismo sitio, deben ir rotando con la finalidad de poder lograr el vuelo, de hecho cuando se colocan en el último lugar, es donde aprovechan de descansar, ya que logran mantenerse en el aire mientras que los de adelante aletean, definitivamente esto es un trabajo en equipo para lograr un solo objetivo.

La otra imagen que vino a mi mente es de una pelicula infantil de Disney llamada Buscando a Nemo.

Específicamente la parte donde para poder salvar la vida de unos peces que iban a ser pescados incluyendo a Dorys, ya estando en la red del barco se les dió las instrucciones de nadar hacia una misma dirección, realizando un trabajo en equipo, todos comprendieron y empezaron a cumplir su cometido, juntos comenzaron a nadar en sentido contrario al barco (hacia la profundidad del mar) logrando así que por la resistencia la red se rompiera y los peces quedarán en libertad, definitivamente se evidenció un buen desempeño en conjunto para lograr el mismo fin.

El trabajo en equipo no es fácil, siempre encontrarás diversos pensamientos, diversas opiniones incluso diversos métodos de trabajo, pero si todos se aplican para el mismo objetivo se puede lograr con éxito.

Ya adentrando en la conclusión y visualizando lo que sería un verdadero y masivo poder en una comunidad, me voy a mi querido país, en Venezuela estamos pasando por un división política que lamentablemente nos ha conllevado a sufrir de muchas cosas en el mal sentido, han Sido más de 20 años viviendo malas experiencias, familias separadas, delincuencia, escasez, enfermedades y a mi parecer, lo peor de todo, sufrir la muerte de un familiar, de tu mamá o de tu abuela estando en un país que no te pertenece.... Por ende, y sin querer ir más allá de una ideología política, TENGO FÉ que el poder de una comunidad, ya en fechas próximas, salga a ejercer uno de los derechos más importantes y así poder comenzar una nueva etapa de una país libre, ¿Es fácil? No, no lo es, pero con el poder que puede ejercer una comunidad unida sé, que se puede lograr....

When reading this week's topic, two images came to my mind that are a faithful example of the strength of a community.

The first one is the way a group of birds flies in a V-shape.

It is not that it looks pretty or that the birds want to fly that way, it is a science to achieve their mission, which of course has a purpose and where each of the members of the community must work as a team to accomplish it.

When birds migrate in a V-shape, it is because they do so over long distances, thus helping each other to get where they want, it has been shown that when taking flight, the birds that are placed in the front are those with more experience, with this example they let you know the way they should take, they do not always stay in the same place, they must rotate in order to achieve the flight, in fact when they are placed in the last place, is where they take the opportunity to rest, as they manage to stay in the air while those in front flap their wings, this is definitely a teamwork to achieve a single goal.

The other image that came to my mind is from a Disney children's movie called Finding Nemo.

Specifically the part where in order to save the lives of some fish that were going to be caught including Dorys, already being in the boat's net they were instructed to swim towards the same direction, making a teamwork, everyone understood and began to fulfill their task, together they began to swim in the opposite direction to the boat (towards the depth of the sea) thus achieving that by the resistance the net broke and the fish were released, definitely a good performance together to achieve the same goal was evidenced.

Teamwork is not easy, you will always find different thoughts, different opinions and even different working methods, but if all are applied to the same goal can be achieved successfully.

Already going into the conclusion and visualizing what would be a real and massive power in a community, I go to my beloved country, in Venezuela we are going through a political division that unfortunately has led us to suffer from many things in the bad sense, have been more than 20 years living bad experiences, separated families, crime, shortages, diseases and in my opinion, the worst of all, suffer the death of a relative, your mother or your grandmother being in a country that does not belong to you .... Therefore, and without wanting to go beyond a political ideology, I HAVE FAITH that the power of a community, in the near future, will go out to exercise one of the most important rights and thus be able to begin a new stage of a free country. No, it is not, but with the power that a united community can exert, I know that it can be achieved. ....
