Snaps of Skittles| Favorite treat of my kiddos + A Story

Howdy Liketu community!!! It's my first time to post in here and am very glad to be here. Hope to be able to belong here as well. Love how simple and enjoyable this community is, so i thought of why not share my simple photos here. 😊

According to some of my readings, some believed that Skittles candy was originally from North America, but the are articles that says it was first produced in Britain and later in North America. These colorful candies are really attractive to kids' eyes because of the colors itself. Like the rainbow colors. It has red, orange, yellow, green and purple colors. Of course, I tasted it and some taste sour and some taste sweet as well. Also, it has the letter S printed on it and i believe each color has its own fruity flavor.
Normally, hubby would buy 1 pack of it with 10 small bags of skittles inside. So I would let the kids eat 1 small bag per day or every other day, usually after finishing their tasks or learning modules. They really love it! But of course they are still candies so i have to control them from too much consumption and to make sure they brush their teeth after. Even me i enjoy like as dessert after eating my rice meal 😃
I also have a memorable story for this but somehow sad. I got this friend when I was in college, her name is Lyka and she was the very 1st person i knew who love skittles, it's because of her that's why i knew and tasted this sweet colors. I left my boarding house and live with her and her fam, which was so amazing and fun experience, then all of a sudden, one morning I noticed she doesn't want near me or didn't wanna talk to me anymore, not sure really why, tried to reach out to her, but she's really closing her doors to me, there, up until now we haven't talked about it yet now that we both have our own kiddos. I still miss her, she was like real sister to me, more like my baby sister. I just hope one day we'll reunite and fun thing will be because of skittles.
