¡Hola ! estoy emocionada de presentar mi primera receta algo sencilla sin embargo ¡Muy deliciosa y fácil de preparar! Si te encantan las lentejas y el plátano esta receta es para ti.

  • Lentejas
  • Plátano
  • Sal + Condimentos al gusto
  • Rice
  • Lentils

  • Salt + Seasonings to taste

La preparación de esta receta eds muy sencilla, el orden de qué preparar primero lo decides tú (en mi caso preparé primero las lentejas) esperando que el agua hierva primero para cocinar las lentejas.

Luego procedemos a pelar el plátano y cortar en cuadrados medianos o grandes (al gusto), el plátano lo que hará es darle un sabor un poco más dulce a las lentejas, por ello queda muy deliciosa y hace que quede una textura un poco más espesa cuando termina de cocinar todos los ingredientes.

Cuando las lentejas comienzan a ablandarse, colocar los plátanos y dejar cocinar por unos 10 o 15 minutos hasta obtener la textura deseada, en este proceso puedes colocar la sal, pimienta, ajo al gusto. ¡A disfrutar!
