I have been going to fly yoga quite a bit lately. One of the reasons cause I have purchased a course :D so gotta finish it before it's expired but it's been fun! I can also see myself improve bit by bit and the core has been getting stronger and stronger.

This time took my sister to the class as well. She said it's quite challenging.. That's how I realized practice makes perfect (not yet but getting there.)

Today we did the Aerial Warrior, the Flying Pigeon, the Suspended Bridge and Inverted Mountain, the Aerial Split and Hammock Tree and the Aerial Star.

Why Fly yoga?
Fly yoga is a special kind of yoga. It uses a hammock hanging from the ceiling. This yoga is good for your whole body. It makes muscles strong and helps you to stretch better. When you do yoga in the air, your back feels good because it gives space to your spine. It also makes your mind calm and happy. Fly yoga is good for balance and learning how to move your body better. It is fun and not that hard for beginners. Healthy and happy :)

Hehe interesting for sure.

Fabulous way to do yoga, great that you already master it, your sister is right, it's quite challenging. Greetings from afar.

Thanks! Real fun!
