Cian here š. September 3 marks the birthday of my very first godchild. In Filipino, we call them āinaanakā , while in Bisaya, ākinugosā.
Ethan is my college friendās son. At times, I give him presents but not all the time since his āninongā is short on budget too at times hahaha. I told my friend beforehand that I may not be able to give a present this time around š.
Anyway, long story short, I, together with my friend, was still able to still give my godchild a simple chocolate cake š. Hope he liked it. While my godchild played outside with his friends, his mother, ninong, and ninangs, went inside a room to have a little chitchat and catching up š

I was trying to think where could be kinugos derivedš.
Maybe because ginkugos during the christening?
Hi @lhes I was thinking the same. I think you're right, that's the most probable answer to bisaya term "kinugos".
Send our regards to Cian po! Happy birthday! Can't wait to be a ninang too with my now, college friends hehe.
Thank you..Soon you'll be a ninang too š.
šš¤ i like that line up shot!
