Today is like this. I started the preparations last night, the meat was roasted all night at 120 degrees. I had to get up a couple of times to check and add water to the pan, but it was worth it. It was phenomenal this morning, as usual, early, coffee in peace, then chopping and cooking for the Russian salad, kneading the scone and finally making the potatoes. And the soup is "enhanced" beef from a bag, I really didn't have the strength anymore
