En mi barrio y en toda mi provincia últimamente hay muchos mosquitos, creo que en otros lugares de Latinoamérica les dicen sancudos.
La situación ha llegado a tal punto que los casos de Dengue y Zika han aumentado drásticamente. A los clásicos mosquitos que siempre hemos tenido aquí ahora se han sumado otros muy pequeñitos que según las personas más viejas se llaman gegenes y normalmente viven en las costas.
Para aplacar un poco las picadas de esos insectos compré una de esas trampas con corriente y luego de un día de estar funcionando lo tuve que limpiar por la cantidad de insectos muertos.
En la foto se pueden ver todos los cadáveres de esos bichos que le saqué de la trampa.

In my neighbourhood and throughout my province there have been a lot of mosquitoes lately, I think in other parts of Latin America they are called sancudos.
The situation has reached such a point that cases of Dengue and Zika have increased drastically. The classic mosquitoes that we have always had here have now been joined by other very small ones that, according to the older people, are called gegenes and normally live on the coasts.
To calm down the bites of these insects I bought one of these traps with a current and after a day of using it I had to clean it because of the amount of dead insects.
In the photo you can see all the corpses of these bugs that I removed from the trap.
