What a Monday Thursday I had today, one of those days when nothing goes as we would like it to and every errand drags on until we can't do it anymore. Luckily today the weather was wonderful, 10° degrees with clear skies, how good the sun feels on the skin when it's cold.
At the end of the day I had two options: go home convinced that tomorrow will be a better day or go for a walk and clear my mind; if you are right, I went for a walk, the fresh air, the view of the river, enjoy the sunset, there is no better way to end the day. Sometimes we let problems and errands cloud our minds and we don't see around us. But if you look around, if you open your eyes and raise your head, you will surely find a reason to smile and be thankful.
Today's photos are from the Parque España on the city's waterfront and the last one is the view of the city from the terrace of my building.
Que jueves tan lunes tuve hoy, de esos días en los que nada sale como quisiéramos y que cada diligencia se alarga hasta no más poder. Por suerte hoy el clima estuvo maravilloso, 10° grados de tempera con cielo despejado, que bien se siente le sol en la piel cuando hace frío.
Al final del día tenía dos opciones: ir a casa convencida de que mañana será un mejor día o ir a caminar y despejar la mente; si estás en lo correcto, me fui a caminar, el aire fresco, la vista al río, disfrutar el atardecer, no hay mejor manera de terminar el día. A veces dejamos que los problemas y diligencias nos nublen la mente y no vemos alrededor. Pero si te fijas, si abres los ojos y levantas la cabeza seguro encuentras un motivo para sonreír y agradecer.
La fotos de hoy son en el Parque España en la costanera de la ciudad y la última es la vista de la ciudad desde la terraza de mi edificio.
