Hello Hivers wherever you are. I hope you and your family are always in good health.

Yesterday I said to my wife, "Honey! Any ideas from you to make snacks or cakes for me besides having to eat rice every time I'm hungry?". Then my wife replied, "I have lots of ideas to make cakes or whatever for you, as long as there is money to buy ingredients to make whatever menu you like!" ...😅😅.

I like the Acehnese cake, "Timphan Baloen" because I haven't known how it tastes for a long time. Then, my wife wrote down the ingredients on a piece of paper that I had to buy at a pastry shop to make the "Timphan Baloen" cake.

When I arrived at the bakery, I bought some of the ingredients I needed, namely bread flour, chicken eggs, blueband (butter), coconut (stuffed in cake), sugar, milk, vanilla (perfume) and sticky rice leaves.

After completing the ingredients, my wife started to make the cake that I wanted. But I'm sorry because when my wife made this cake, I went out to pick up my child from school, so I didn't know how to tell it and didn't even have time to take a photo during the process of making this "Timphan Baloen" cake.

Timphan baloen cake filled with coconut that has been processed into jam and rolled is one of the typical types of cakes native to the people of Aceh, Indonesia.

Thank you for stopping by in my post, hopefully it will be useful for all Hivers.

Regards, @ridwant

Okay, so I seem to know all the ingredients you used, but I cannot for the life of me understand how it ended up being green?

The green color is due to the mixture of squeezed pandan leaf water... thank you for visit at my post.
