Hi everybody.
this afternoon I want to gve an article about the current situation in the area where I live.
a number of farmers' fields that were just about to be harvested turned out to be a total failure, due to being submerged by floods, there are about seven hectares of rice fields ready to harvest, a total failure due to puddles, here it has been raining for three days.
This is the second failure for farmers in our village, because the river is narrow here, making it difficult for stagnant water to flow out of the fields.

Can I ask, what happens when these kinds of floods happen? Surely the farmers can salvage some of the yield?
farmers lose big, all rice stalks are inundated with water, even the tops are not visible, the estimated water is more than 1 meter above the surface of the rice fields.
