



Today I trained legs. I think legs and glutes are the two body parts that a large number of women love to train. What woman doesn't dream of having defined legs? I can say that I'm no exception. I've always loved my legs, but now more than ever.

I've been thinking about training my legs lately, too. Sometimes when I get home from work I go for a run, other times I go for a bike ride.
