Educating and teaching about #hive in the polyphonic choir of the state of Sucre-Venezuela, second class.
Happy day have all in this opportunity I bring you a post aimed to show how little by little, we have been doing an ant work to achieve the #hiveadoption in our beloved State Sucre-Venezuela, certainly this is a hard work that can not be done in one day, much less a single person.
For about a year and two months a group of hivers committed to the platform, including me, we have been working to publicize the platform in every corner where we go, this time we continue with the introductory talks to the platform #hive in the polyphonic choir of Sucre-Venezuela state, perhaps many will say that we are still in the same place and if it is true, but when we undertook this work of wanting to teach people what #hive is about, how it can become a tool that allows them to contribute to their personal growth, it is for this reason that when we start the talks at a site we do not do it in one day, on the contrary, we divide the information in at least three (3) days to ensure that all attendees can grasp well, we are not interested in quantity, what interests us in quality.
Our goal is to train hivers who are truly committed to the platform, who are willing to grow with it on a personal level, and who add rather than subtract, and here in the polyphonic choir we have found an impressive potential of human talent, which I believe will be of benefit within #hive, I tell you that in this second class attended by people who are really interested in learning and that we could see it reflected when developing the talk.
There was so much interest reflected by the attendees, that we had to leave the place at (5) five o'clock and we ended up leaving at (6:30) six-thirty and quite rushed by the way, so much so that only a few of us took the group photo, hahahaha I know that next time I should take it at the beginning.
Another thing I liked was the interaction with those present, they asked many questions, and this indicates to me that they are really interested in learning, this time rather than talking about technical issues, we dedicated ourselves to teach them what is the process for each and every one of them to create their accounts and thus to access the platform, we also explained the importance of the keys and the security that must be implemented with that topic.
The presentations were given by hivers @gilliatt, @kirogames, @rosheedkassie and myself @mayifiestas, and my colleagues showed them how to access the platform from its different interfaces that can be accessed on #hive: #hiveonboard, #escency, #leofinance and #peakd, at this point they were told that it was already up to free choice which one they wanted to work with, it was explained to them that it was a matter of which interface they felt more connected with, we also talked to them about the incredible opportunity it means for them to be able to show all their skills to the whole world.
They also talked about everything related to markdown, what it is used for and its importance when writing a content, we shared small tips that allow them to make attractive and interesting content.
In my case I was in charge of talking to them about those mistakes that we can make due to ignorance when we just started on the platform, as it happened to me, I told them that all the content that is published on the platform must be original and own, they should never place images or texts that are not their own, I explained that this within the platform is frowned upon and is known as plagiarism, another point we touched on was the recycling of content, and not only explained that it should not be done, but I told them the consequences of doing so, and that's when I went on to explain the function of the hivewacher within the platform.
The time passed too fast and we could not continue talking about those mistakes that should be avoided in the #hive platform, so we set a next appointment next week, but we left them with the task of looking for their possible names to use within the platform,We also told them to create their presentation posts within hive so that next week when we meet we can start not only with the creation of their respective accounts, but also with the publication of their first post within #hive.
There is a lot of work ahead and we are clear that it will not be easy to continue with the work, with the few resources we have that are quite limited, but this will not stop us, we are willing to continue bringing the #hive platform to the community of Sucre, today more than ever I have clear what the path is, today more than ever I can understand that this is what I want to do, and no matter if we have everything against us, and no matter if we have no support from anyone, the truth is that this team we have formed called #lacasitahive we are willing to continue contributing to the #hiveadopcion throughout our state, stay tuned soon we will bring you great news, because we do what we love we do not consider it work, we continue day by day contributing our bit to achieve so say sooner rather than later say proudly: Sucre 100% #hiveadoption territory.

Feliz día tengan todos en esta oportunidad les traigo un post dirigido a mostrar cómo de a poco, venimos haciendo un trabajo de hormiguita para poder lograr la #hiveadoption en nuestro amado Estado Sucre-Venezuela, ciertamente este es un trabajo arduo que no se puede hacer en un día, y mucho menos una sola persona.
Desde hace aproximadamente un año un dos meses un grupo de hivers comprometidos con la Plataforma, incluyendome, hemos venido trabajando para dar a conocer la plataforma en todos los rincones a los que vamos, en esta oportunidad seguimos con las charlas de introducción a la plataforma #hive en la coral polifónica del estado Sucre-Venezuela, quizás muchos dirán que seguimos en el mismo lugar y si es cierto, pero cuando emprendimos está labor de querer enseñar a las persona de que trata #hive, de como está puede llegar a convertirse en una herramienta que les permita a ellos contribuir con su crecimiento personal, es por esta razón que cuando iniciamos las charlas en un sitio no lo hacemos en un solo día, por el contrario, dividimos la información en al menos tres (3) días para lograr que todos los asistentes puedan captar bien, a nosotros no nos interesa la cantidad, lo que nos interesa en la calidad.
Nuestro norte es formar hivers que estén verdaderamente comprometidos con la plataforma, que estén estén dispuestos a crecer con ella a nivel personal, y que sumen en lugar de restar, y acá en la coral polifónica hemos encontrado un potencial de talento humano impresionante, lo cual considero, va a ser de provecho dentro de #hive, les cuento que en está segunda clases asistieron personas que les interesa realmente aprender y eso pudimos verlo reflejado a la hora de desarrollar la charla.
Fue tanto el interés reflejado por los asistentes, que debimos salir del lugar a las (5) cinco y terminamos saliendo de allí a las (6:30) seis y media y bastante apurados por cierto, tanto que solo unos pocos nos tomamos la foto grupal, jajajaja ya se que la próxima vez debo tomarla al inicio.
Otra cosa que me gusto fue la interacción con los presentes, hicieron muchas preguntas, y esto me indica a mi que realmente les interesa aprender, en esta oportunidad más que hablar de temas técnicos, nos dedicamos a enseñarles cuál es el proceso para que todos y cada uno de ellos puedan crear sus cuentas y así poder acceder a la plataforma, también se les explico la importancia que tienen las claves y de la seguridad que deben de implementar con ese tema.
Las exposiciones estuvieron a cargo de los hivers @gilliatt, @kirogames, @rosheedkassie y mi persona @mayifiestas, y mis compañeros les enseñaron cómo acceder a la plataforma desde sus diferentes interfaz con las que se puede acceder en #hive: #hiveonboard, #escency, #leofinance y #peakd, en este punto se les dijo que ya quedaba a libre elección con cuál quisieran trabajar ellos, se les explicó que era un tema de con cuál interfaz se sintieran más conectados, también les hablamos de la increíble oportunidad que significa para ellos poder mostrar todas sus habilidades al mundo entero.
Les hablaron también de todo lo relacionado con el markdown, para que sirve y de su importancia a la hora de elaborar un contenido, les compartimos pequeños tips que les permitan hacer contenido atractivo y de interés.
En mi caso fui la encargada de hablarles de esos errores que podemos llegar a cometer por desconocimiento cuando recién nos iniciamos en la plataforma, tal como me ocurrió a mi, les hable de que todo el contenido que se publique dentro de la plataforma debe ser original y propio, que jamás deben colocar imágenes o textos que no sean de su propiedad, les expliqué que eso dentro de la plataforma es mal visto y se le conoce como plagio, otro punto que tocamos fue el reciclaje de contenido, y no solo les expliqué que no debe realizarse, sino que les dije las consecuencias que tiene el hacerlo, y fue allí cuando pase a explicarles la función de los hivewacher dentro de la plataforma.
El tiempo pasó demasiado rápido y no pudimos seguir hablando de esos errores que se deben evitar en la plataforma #hive, por lo que pautamos una siguiente cita la próxima semana, eso sí, les dejamos de tarea que ya fuesen buscando sus posibles nombres a usar dentro de la plataforma,así como también les dijimos que crearán sus post de presentación dentro de hive para que la semana próxima cuando nos reunamos podamos dar inicio no solo con la creación de sus respectivas cuentas, sino que también iniciarán con la publicación de su primer post dentro de #hive.
Trabajo queda mucho por delante y estamos claro que no será fácil continuar con la labor, con los pocos recursos con los que contamos que son bastante limitados, pero esto no nos va a detener, estamos dispuestos a seguir llevando a la colectividad Sucrense la plataforma #hive, hoy más que nunca tengo bien claro cuál es el camino, hoy más que nunca puedo entender que esto es lo que quiero hacer, y no importa si tenemos todo en contra, y no importa si no tenemos apoyo de nadie, lo cierto es que este equipo que hemos formado llamado #lacasitahive estamos dispuestos a seguir contribuyendo con la #hiveadopcion en todo nuestro estado, estén atentos pronto les traeremos grandes noticias, porque hacemos lo que amamos no lo consideramos trabajo, seguimos día a día aportando nuestro granito de arena para lograr así decir más pronto que tarde decir con orgullo: Sucre territorio 100% de #hiveadoption.

Wow ese grupo de La casita Hive viene con todo y no se cansa en formar nuevos hivers, me alegra verlos poco a poco llegar a mucha gente y se que todo ese esfuerzo los hará llegar muchos grupos. Que tengan éxito con este y los demás proyectos.
