Today I went on a getaway to the north of the city, I went for a walk to friendly meetings, so we went to have some tea, visit some stores and walk for a while, we were also in a super beautiful park with a super sun shining, which I love too much, because a Sunday with sun is a Sunday well enjoyed, I love sunny days, I love to have a good time outdoors connecting with nature, it seems strange to some but hugging trees, walking breaks in the sand or grass is energy repairing, I love it is a kind of therapy to connect with the world, my spirit and the universe.
Some extensive talks that led us to visit these places, full of art, nature and immensity, I as usual to take my matcha tea, I alternate it with black coffee but by preference I always go for a matcha, much healthier in the short and long term, the coffee is usually much easier to prepare although I like the special preparation processes, of course we are not always for that but at home of course yes!
And well it has been a good Sunday I have spent very rich so I want to repeat escapades of parks, walks and stores!
Hoy me fui de escapada al norte de la ciudad, fui de paseo a encuentros amistosos, por lo que fuimos a tomar un poco de té, visitar algunas tiendas y caminar un rato, también estuvimos en un parque súper hermoso con un súper sol resplandeciente, lo que me encanta demasiado, porque un domingo con sol es un domingo bien disfrutado, me encantas los días soleados, me encanta pasarla bien al aire libre conectar con la naturaleza, parece extraño para algunos pero abrazar arboles, caminar descansos por la arena o pasto es reparador de energía, me encanta es una especie de terapia para conectar con el mundo, mi espíritu y el universo.
Algunas pláticas extensas que nos llevaron a recorrer estos lugares, llenos de arte, naturaleza e inmensidad, yo como de costumbre a tomarme mi té matcha, lo intercalo con café negro pero por preferencia siempre voy por un matcha, mucho más saludable a corto y largo plazo, el café suele ser mucho más fácil de preparar aunque me gusten los procesos de preparación especial, claro está que no siempre estamos para eso pero en la casa claro que si!
Y bueno ha sido un buen domingo la he pasado muy rico así que quiero repetir escapadas de parques, marchas y tiendas!
