Hello to all my hivers. The topic I bring for today is Love as an Antidote, as it serves as a pain reliever in difficult situations.
There are several ways in which love works as an antidote: it helps us recover from past hurts, on an emotional level. It serves to reduce our stress, giving us well-being. Something important that love relationships generate in us is that we release dopamine, which as is well known is the hormone of happiness. In difficult moments, it helps us overcome problems. It promotes personal growth and to be more empathetic.
To conclude with this topic I must affirm that love has the power to transform, heal and enrich our lives, acting as a true antidote against pain and loneliness.

Hola a todos mis hivers. El tema que traiga para hoy es El amor como un Antídoto, ya que nos sirve como un calmante en las situaciones difíciles.
Hay varias maneras en que el amor funciona como un antídoto: nos ayuda recuperarnos de heridas del pasado, a nivel emocional. Nos sirve para reducir nuestro estrés, brindándonos bienestar. Algo importante que nos genera las relaciones amorosas, es que liberamos dopamina, que como es bien sabido es la hormona de la felicidad. En momentos difíciles, nos ayuda superar problemas. Fomenta el crecimiento personal y a ser mas empáticos.
Para concluir con este tema debo afirmar que, el amor tiene el poder de transformar, sanar y enriquecer nuestras vidas, actuando como un verdadero antídoto contra el dolor y la soledad.
