Hola amigas y amigos de Liketu, en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes algunas fotografías que me saqué antes de entrenar y algunas selfies con mis compañeros, cómo siempre antes de entrenar saludos a todo mis compañeros y luego me activo a entrenar al 100% depende de cómo me sienta por qué a veces estoy agotado de entrenamiento anteriores y por eso no siempre entreno al 100% pero igual siempre le doy con todo, me saque selfie con mis compañeros @jisus-swyc, @alvis-sw, @ @alexdro-sw, bertnez, @arreaza-sw, Rafael Marcos, Wilder y Jesús Villanueva son unos de mis compañeros de entrenamiento somos un grupo grande que entrenamos juntos, es divertido entrenar juntos nos motivamos mucho a ser mejor y mantenemos la disciplina en los entrenamientos.
Hi friends of Liketu, this time I share with you some pictures that I took before training and some selfies with my teammates, as always before training I greet all my teammates and then I get active to train at 100% depending on how I feel because sometimes I'm exhausted from previous training and so I do not always train at 100% but still I always give it my all, I took a selfie with my teammates @jisus-swyc, @alvis-sw, @alexdro-sw, @ bertnez, @arreaza-sw, Rafael Marcos, Wilder and Jesús Villanueva are some of my training partners we are a big group that train together, it's fun to train together we motivate each other to be better and we maintain discipline in training.
