Socialism is consumptionism. It does not understand capital, so seeks to consume it.

The socialist thinks "hey that guy doesn't need that many jets, cars, yachts, etc. Why can't he give some to those who need it more?!"
And is EVEN MORE PISSED OFF if the rich guy doesn't consume it, which the socialist thinks of as "hoarding".

But of course, most of a billionaire's wealth is not consumed. Nor "hoarded" but invested. Which is what makes jobs possible. Not to mention consumer goods.
