Later I went to this place many times for my work, there were too many times since this is the favorite of the Zulians so we practically went once a week a week, as I have said other times I love these places because of how beautiful they are but I definitely love the mountains and if given the choice I prefer hiking again and again.

El mio no muy bueno... la verdad no me siento bien de salud desde hace días porque retome un medicamento que había dejado de tomar debido a que este medicamento hace que me de muchas ganas de dormir y que mi cuerpo se sienta desorientado y no puedo sentirme de esta manera porque es incómodo y porque esta interfiriendo en mi trabajo y preciso trabajar... Ayer tome estas fotos bellas de mis flores, estas flores se encuentran en el frente de mi casa y definitivamente sus colores dan una vibra linda, actualmente así quiero sentirme más me siento muy muy agotada... Obviamente deje de tomar el medicamento porque necesito tener energía actualmente, consultaré con mi neurólogo para ver que otro medicamento me suministra.

Thanks dalla, I am unsure how long this injury will persist. The doctor said to me it is not bone, and gave me a week worth of meds. My second day, I felt okay so I stopped taking them, and then woke up feeling a lot of pain again.
@elmerlin My friend nooo that's another thing they always do too, please take the medication the days they sent it to you, those medications are not just for pain, they are anti-inflammatory too. They send them for both things, you need to de-inflate the muscle and tendons so they can return to their normal state. Please take it the days they were told to take it and rest, if you do it this way, in 2 weeks at the most, it will pass and you will be fine 🙏🏼.

I'm here starting a new week like everyone else but I woke up with a brutal headache, a migraine that doesn't let me open my eyes properly and I went to the pharmacy to look for my medicine and there wasn't any 😂 so I hope it calms down a bit little while I only take an anti-inflammatory to calm down... Thanks dalla, I am unsure how long this injury will persist. The doctor said to me it is not bone, and gave me a week worth of meds. My second day, I felt okay so I stopped taking them, and then woke up feeling a lot of pain again.
@elmerlin My friend nooo that's another thing they always do too, please take the medication the days they sent it to you, those medications are not just for pain, they are anti-inflammatory too. They send them for both things, you need to de-inflate the muscle and tendons so they can return to their normal state. Please take it the days they were told to take it and rest, if you do it this way, in 2 weeks at the most, it will pass and you will be fine 🙏🏼.

I was in Bonn and i just saw the funniest statue ever. It‘s a hermes Birkin bag - but with really long legs 😂 my best friend called it the „ugliest statue in Bonn“ but I absolutly disagree. I love this so much 😂🤌🏼🧡🍊✨

Seguimos entrenando el día de hoy decidí repetir la ruta de ayer pero solo para ir a mi ritmo logré mejorar el tiempo en un poco más de dos minutos por km en promedio, seguro que puedo mejorar más ya veremos cuándo la repita. #hiverun

Hoy el recorrido en mi jardín fue en varios momentos porque ha estado lloviendo y cuando deja de llover es que vuelvo a mi espacio vital. El agua de lluvia ha acelerado el proceso de floración y en consecuencia la fructificación. Se puede mirar el nuevo follaje y se pueden ver los frutos en mi jardín. En las fotografías comparto el follaje nuevo de mi Trinitaria y los frutos de mi árbol de Semeruco. Espero puedan disfrutar de estas fotografías tanto como yo disfruto estar en mi Spa energizante; es decir, en mi Jardín.
