
It’s so funny how just two days of doing ab workouts and boom—my abs start showing again! 😄 I guess muscle memory is real, and my body really knows the way back to shape.
It feels super rewarding to see results so quickly, even if they’re small. It keeps me motivated and reminds me why I love fitness so much. Consistency really is everything!
