Santorini

Santorini
I am going to tell you a little account of a wonderful island, located in the Aegean Sea of Greece, today known as Santorini, but in the past its name was Strongili. All the information regarding names was provided by the guides of the Zenith cruise of the Pullmantur company, in 2013.
There we went on a cruise through the Greek islands, this time we didn't get to the pier, tourists are taken to the island in small boats, where buses are waiting to take them to Fira, a small city full of charms, cobbled streets, where white houses with arched blue roofs predominate.
To go up or down from the port of Gialos to Fira (Santorini), you have several ways to do it, you can do it by funicular, the trip lasts about 2 minutes and you pay an approximate sum of 6 euros, on donkeys or mules, also through the famous and Santorini's winding stairs, which have 600 steps. If you dare to go up or down them, it is recommended that you do it with patience, taking several breaks from time to time, dedicating them to admire the view that it offers you and take photos to remember that wonderful experience.
Don't forget to wear comfortable clothes, suitable shoes, something to protect yourself from the sun, a hat, a cap, and drink plenty of water to hydrate.
If you are a person who likes to travel and see emblematic, magical and, above all, romantic places, and if you have never been to Santorini, it is recommended that you include it in your travel itinerary. I assure you that you will have an incomparable experience that you will never forget and that you will always want to repeat.
Below, I share some images of my trip to Santorini, taken with my camera and my mobile device, in 2013.
I want to thank my beautiful friend @ angelica7, for inviting me to share my experiences on Liketu.
