On August 24, Natural Parks Day is celebrated, from the Falcón state management of INPARQUES we wanted to carry out an activity to highlight the importance of their conservation, since the Natural Parks are home to great biological diversity, most of the basins hydrographic areas are under this figure and also have scenic beauties.

We held a discussion on the National Park System of the Falcón State: Morrocoy NP, Cueva de la Quebrada El Toro NP, Juan Crisóstomo Falcón NP, Montecano MN, Cerro Santa Ana MN and Médanos de Coro NP, announced their date of creation, extension territorial, flora and fauna most notable of each of them. From the Médanos de Coro NP they showed us their ecological showcase, there we observed the blue spider, dead corals, rhizoliths which are an accumulation of plant material, shells from marine torture and even live snakes, all of these species live in the National Park.

We also did bird watching and a short tour to the national park viewpoint, where we saw beautiful views of the National Park. We must contribute to the conservation and preservation of National Parks, they are a source of life, tourism and well-being 💚
