Ayer celebramos los 35 años de Enmanuel, él posee diabetes tipo 2, la insulina que produce su cuerpo es muy poca, por lo cual tiene que inyectarse siempre antes de desayunar, almorzar y cenar.

Hacer su pastel fue algo complicado, ya que el que no puede consumir azúcar convencional, entonces optamos por hacer un pastel completamente natural sin azúcares, el cual fue una experiencia completamente distinta para todos los invitados ya que nunca habíamos probado algo así.

Como dato curioso: En España el cumpleañero es quien tiene que comprar su pastel y organizar su fiesta al contrario de Latinoamérica en dónde siempre nos sorprenden.
