I am nothing of a city person as general I am bored with it super fast. The constant sound of traffic buzzing by, the constant thick air, and the constant pace of people passing each other by so fast. A city trip to look at concrete the whole day? Forget it. Never happening if there is not an option to also do something outside around trees or around water.

What I do like are cities in the evening especially when there is light involved. Sure it can be screaming neon to you, but I like to call it 'the lights of where stuff is happening'. So yeah...I really enjoy it when stuff is lighted up and visually made a lot more attractive.

Take a random building and especially around Christmas time everything is lighted up so nicely. Simple building at first, cool Christmas building afterwards.

Here in Ho Chi Min city these guys also know what to do with billboards which light up with different advertisements. And these things are big!! And the screens are bright and with a crapload of pixels. But imagine living across the street from them. That would drive you wild mentally within the day.

So yeah, big city lights. I love the city for its perks! Easy food everywhere, easy transportation everywhere, and just a lot of stuff to do and see by just walking around. But walking around is also the challenge is such a big city, as there is then only so much you distance you can cover by walking comfortably in the Asian heat.

Which means it is good that you can be able to see the big city lights from nearly anywhere. And enjoy them to the fullest while you are at it!

beautiful shots and beautiful city 😃

Super cool city indeed. Have you ever been?

Damn girl, in Ho Chi Min (Vietnam)? I do like the photos I see from the big city lights, but after 10 years of living in the Dutch Country Side, in "de donkere polder", I wouldn't even know how to handle the buzzing big cities anymore. Lol

Het is voor mij zelfs een eeuwigheid geleden dat ik in een Nederlandse stad ben geweest. LOL

Enjoy your time, celebrating Xmas abroad?

The buzzling of the city is weird indeed. I like the convenience but craaaazy how many people are here heading from a to b somewhere.

Nice for every now and then and not for me at all!

Same here, i don't like polluted air in the city too. Gla dyou enjoyed your night walk in the city! Awesome photos!

Thanks a bunch! Yeah the air quality is something else inseed. Although it wasnt bad at all at that moment
